Customers are eligible for product replacement under the following conditions:
You can claim a replacement for product issues (such as: broken, torn, wrong size, product not functioning, product not matching the image, etc.).The product must be returned in its original condition, including the box.You must email info@eshopghor.com or register your complaint at 01709420637 via phone within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. You need to send a photo or video of the product along with your complaint via WhatsApp (01709420637) or email. You must return the product to the Eshopghor office at your own responsibility within a maximum of 7 business days. Only one complaint can be issued per order. Once a complaint is filed, no new complaints will be accepted. For products with a warranty/guarantee, complaints can be made within the warranty/guarantee period. Complaints under warranty/guarantee terms may be accepted once or multiple times. Upon receiving the product at our office, our complaint team will check the product. A new product (replacement) will be sent based on the validity of the complaint.
